arugula pesto

I work at a bakery and they make a pesto very similar to this one. I was inspired to make my own. I made a sandwich and put this pesto on it - my brother and I thought it was good.

Ingredients For arugula pesto

  • 2 1/2 c
    arugula
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 5 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make arugula pesto

  • 1
    Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until it is a good consistency.
