Black and Blue Cheese Butter
1 stickbutter, softened
2 ozcrubmled blue cheese
1 Tbspjack daniel's tennessee whiskey
1 Tbspfinely chopped parsley
1 Tbspfinely chopped chives
1 smallclove garlic, chopped and mashed into a paste
How to Make Black and Blue Cheese Butter
- Combine butter, blue cheese, Jack Daniel's, parsley, chives, and garlic in a small bowl. Blend well with a wooden spoon.
- Roll the mixture into a 1 1/2 inch diameter cylinder in a piece of waxed paper. Seal the ends and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice and place a pat of the butter over a grilled steak or serve with baked sweet potatoes.
- NOTE: this butter can be frozen until ready to use.
