Wings are always around during football and basketball seasons, but I think it's time that they fly year-round. Why put restrictions on them? To each his own, I say when it comes to hot pepper sauce, I prefer Texas Pete. Which is made in North Carolina of all places!!!
This recipe calls for your own smoked jalapenos, but Contessa smoked chipotle peppers in adobo are a great substitute.
This recipe is from the Tupelo Honey Café Cookbook, one of my favorites when it comes to New Low Country Cooking.
