blackberry balsamic reduction
I learned to make my own balsamic reduction last year while taking a cooking class; and this last fall while picking blackberries I thought blackberry balsamic reduction sounded good' so this is my reduction. Serve on fish, chicken, duck...it is particularly good on ice cream.

How To Make blackberry balsamic reduction

1Simmer all ingredients about 1/2 hr. then strain through cheesecloth; return to stovetop and cook til Nappe.(In cooking, nappe refers to either the ability of a liquid to "coat the back of a spoon" or the act of coating a food)
