I'm a huge fan of blue cheese, and this dressing dazzled my taste buds. This would be great on any salad, served alongside some wings or even dipped in some veggies. Yum-o!

    bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar ( to taste)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Best Bleu Cheese Dressing!

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, mash bleu cheese and buttermilk together with a fork until mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese.
  2. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and garlic powder until well blended.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
