Easy Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Dip
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
1 (14oz) can(s)artichoke hearts (not pickled)drained and chopped
2 Tbspbutter (melted)
1 clovegarlic (minced)
1/4 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Easy Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Dip
- Spread the softened cream cheese onto the bottom of a microwave proof pie plate. Mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, butter and minced garlic. Spread on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. heat in microwave for 1 minute on high. Serve with crackers of your choosing.
