Yum! An experiment of mine turned delicious! I had some cream and oranges I needed to use up and this is what I came up with...tastes like a creamsicle...

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz
    softned cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp
    each - vanilla extract & orange extract - the orange is optional, if you don't have, just use vanilla
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 - 3.4 oz
    instant vanilla pudding

How to Make Creamsicle Fruit Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, extracts and zest until smooth.
  2. Beat in confectioners' sugar until thoroughly blended.
  3. Add orange juice and blend thoroughly.
  4. Now, add the heavy cream and pudding mix and beat on high until thick and creamy.
  5. Refrigerate until good and chilled.

    Serve with assorted fruits.

    Enjoy!
