Ingredients

  • 1 large
    mango, diced
  • 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 c
    red peppers, diced
  • 1 large
    plum tomato, seeded and diced
  • 2 large
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 large
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, ribs removed and finely diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    sambal oelek, or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Spicy Tropical Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
