Ingredients

  • 7-8
    roma tomatoes ( home grown is best )
  • 1- 14 oz
    can petite dices tomatoes
  • 2 medium
    garlic cloves
  • 1/3 c
    cilantro, chopped or to taste
  • medium
    jalapeño pepper - i leave in the seeds
  • 2-3
    green onions, ends too
  • 1/4 medium
    red onion, or to your liking
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • Salt &
    pepper to taste

How to Make ~ Salsa Superb ~

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the roughly chopped ingredients in a food processor and pulse until ingredients are finely chopped or to desired chunkiness.
  2. Enjoy with your favorite chips! Refrigerate leftovers...
