Ingredients

  •   1 c
    sour cream
  •   1 c
    yogurt, plain
  •   1/4 c
    snipped parsley
  •   1/4 c
    snipped fresh cilantro
  •   1 tsp
    ground cumin
  •   1/2 tsp
    salt
  •   2 medium
    cucumbers, pared,seeded and shredded coarsely

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
