Yeah, I cheat a bit by starting with a good basic sauce then building it up. However, it is a good sauce for pork and chicken. Some like it on beef, I dont.
Im leaving the number served and the times vacant.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    basic bbq sauce [see note]
  • 1 bottle
    sweet sour sauce, about 12 ounces or so
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    sorghum molasses, brer rabbit or grandma's ok
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    heaping, horseradish mustard, horse radish or cream of horse radish
  • 3-=4 Tbsp
    soy sauce, lite if preferred
  • 2-3 dash(es)
    hot sauce

How to Make Sam's BBQ Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well, store in fridge. Use at room temperature.
  2. NOTE: Stay away from basic sauces with a lot of liquid smoke in them. If you can find one without it, so much ther better.
  3. You can add minced gaqrlis, onion, garlic salt or powder, opr onion powder.
