Ingredients For pineapple coconut filling

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 c
    sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped pecans

    In small bowl beat cream cheese and preserves at medium speed with mixer until combined. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cover and chill.
