Feed crustless white sandwich bread through your largest grating disk of your food processor. Spread the crumbs into a single layer on a cookie sheet with a rim. Bake in a 300 degree oven until dry but don't toast them. About 6 minutes. When cool, store in air tight container. Bread crumbs can be seasoned with coarse salt and pepper or add other spices such as thyme, garlic or basil, if you wish.
