MUSHROOM SAUCE (LOW CARB)
1 Tbspolive oil
16 ozmushrooms (washed/cut in half)
1/4 tspground pepper
2-4 cloveminced garlic
1 pkggoya chicken bullion (or 1 cup chicken broth)
1 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make MUSHROOM SAUCE (LOW CARB)
- Large Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Pepper. Toss to Coat Mushrooms.
- Cook for 4 minutes without stirring. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add Butter, lemon juice, Chicken Broth & Garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stirring frequently, until Mushrooms are fully cooked and Butter is melted.
