This is a simple, "no brainer" sauce, but it is so good on steak, stuffed tomatoes, or ANYTHING.

Ingredients For mushroom and garlic sauce

  • 8 oz
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mushroom and garlic sauce

  • 1
    Heat olive oil in skillet, add minced garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: Be careful not to burn garlic, but if you let the olive oil and butter get good and hot, you can throw in the garlic and mushrooms and immediately remove the pan from heat, stirring your veggies, they will basically cook instantly.
