A simple and delicious meatloaf. The homemade seasoning mix adds tons of flavor to the ground beef. Ketchup adds a sweetness that contrasts the savoriness of the meat. To look better in the photos, we did use 1.5 pounds of ground beef for testing. We adjusted the other ingredients accordingly.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a baking pan.

Combine meatloaf seasonings in a bowl.

Place the ground beef, eggs, and 1/2 cup of ketchup in a large bowl.

Add Panko bread crumbs and meatloaf seasoning.

Mix by hand.

Form into a loaf shape and place in a prepared baking pan. Drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven.
