This is a very different tasting chili I made for my grilled hot dogs. It has a secret ingredient that was inspired by my Greek Goddess friend Didi Dalaba. I once told her that I enjoyed eating at an Italian restaurant here in my home town which is owned by a Greek. He told me they have a secret ingredient but never would tell me what. She spilled the beans and I tried a dish of hers with this in the sauce and said hey this might work in my chili too. Try and see if you like the taste on your hot dog.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum! This chili will be super popular anytime you're serving hot dogs. It's different than traditional Tex-Mex chili by being sweet and spicy at the same time. The small amount of cinnamon isn't noticeable but just enough to have people asking about the secret ingredient. This chili comes alive once the hot dog is built and all the flavors infuse together.
