  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard, or to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small
    pinch finely ground himalayan sea salt
  • 1 small
    pinch white pepper

How to Make Homemade Dijonnaise


  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Add a tiny pinch sea salt and pepper; stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes ½ cup
