3 cantomato sauce - 8 ounce cans

4 Tbspbrown sugar - firmly packed

1 Tbspwhite sugar

1/2 cpineapple - chopped and diced small

1/2 cpineapple juice

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1/4 clemon zest
-
1/2 cwater

2 Tbspmolasses

1 tspred pepper flakes - crushed - or to taste

1 tspcelery seeds - ground

1 tspcumin - ground

4 Tbspworcestershire sauce

3 tspmustard - grainy

1 Tbsphorse radish

6 lggarlic cloves - minced

2 tspfresh oregano - diced and chopped

1 1/2 tspred chili powder

1/2 tspblack pepper - fresh ground - or to taste

1/2 tspcourse sea salt - or to taste
How To Make fireman bob's pineapple barbecue sauce, my way...

1Directions In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Slowly bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then simmer for 20 minutes, watching and stirring every 2 minutes till done. ENJOY !!!
