Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    small yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1
    clove garlic
  • 1 28oz. can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    pimentos, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    Accent
  • 6 Tbsp
    water

How to Make Coney Island Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown beef slowly, breaking it up with a fork very fine.
  2. Add other ingrdients, simmer 20 min.
  3. Spoon over hotdogs in bun.
