A family favorite! Excellent with smoked chicken. This is a dipping sauce. My favorite summer meal is smoked chicken with white bbq sauce, corn on the cob and watermelon...YUMMY!!! This makes 1 cup of sauce.

Ingredients For big bob gibson's white bbq sauce

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make big bob gibson's white bbq sauce

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or shake up in jar.

    Chill for at least 4 hours.

    Serve with smoked chicken. Makes 1 cup sauce
