  You can use any steak you want. What you see in the picture is a flank steak.

  Put all the ingredients in a bowl then place your steak in the bowl. I use a needler to both tenderize the steak and to infuse the marinade in to the meat.

  Place steak into a zip top bag along with marinade and place in refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.

  Grill steak to your liking. Serve with baked potato.
