How To Make
Place all the ingredients in a pint jar, cover tightly, and shake to mix well.
Sprinkle about 1/4 tea. on each side of steaks, chops, chicken, fish, or vegetables before grilling, broiling, or roasting.
Store the mix in a cool dark, and dry place. Keeps up to 6 months. Makes about 3/4 cup.
