I have not tried this recipe,a friend of mine sent it to me,she says it's tasty and the sugar makes the meat carmalize beautifully. My friend says she used this on flank steak and made fajitas and it was excellent. Personally,I would season the meat after marinating with salt and pepper. I wanted to share this recipe even though I haven't tried it,my friend has good tastes and so far all her recipes have been tasty. This one sounds tasty.

Ingredients For 7 up marinade

1/4 c oil

1/2 c soy sauce

1 can 7-up

1/4-1/2 t. garlic powder

5 lb chicken or beef
How To Make 7 up marinade

1Mix all ingredients. Place in a large Ziplock bag. Marinate over for best flavor and grill.
