  • 5 Tbsp
    butter, softened (not melted)
  • 1/8 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c

How To Make biscuits

  • 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Throughly wash and dry your hands or use disposable gloves.
  • 2
Put flour, butter and sour cream into a large mixing bowl. Using you hand incorporate the butter and sour cream into the flour. Form a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in 1/2 cup milk. Using a fork, stir milk into flour making sure all the flour is moistened and forms a dough ball. If it doesn't seem moist enough, add remaining milk. Make sure you don't get the dough too wet.
