There is nothing better than a good giblet gravy to pull your holiday meal together. This is a simple gravy that a beginner cook can make. It's a little different than other gravy because it has hard-boiled eggs. Serve alongside your Thanksgiving turkey for a tasty gravy.
If the gravy is too thick, add a little water or milk to thin it.
In a 2 quart saucepan, simmer giblets, salt, pepper, bouillon, celery, and onion in 1 quart of water for 40 to 50 minutes.
Discard celery, onion, and gizzard.
Chop liver and neck meat and return to water. Add chicken broth.
Chop eggs and add to broth.
Mix corn starch and milk together.
Slowly add milk mixture to broth. Stir well until thickened.
Reduce heat to low until ready to serve.
