3/4 corange juice

1 lb( 2 cups ) pitted tart red cherries (water pack), undrained

1 stick1 inch stick cinnamon

1/2 tspwhole cloves

1/4 tspred food coloring

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make spicy cherry sauce

1Combine sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Stir in orange and lemon juices. Add undrained cherries, spices, and food coloring.

2Cook stirring constantly, over medium heat till mixture thickens and comes to boiling. Boil two minutes.

3Before serving, remove cinnamon and cloves. Serve warm with cooked ham.
