PUT OVER ICE CREAM, ANGELFOOD CAKE, CHEESECAKE ETC.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 c
    huckleberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature

How to Make HUCKLEBERRY SAUCE

Step-by-Step

  1. PUT CORNSTARCH & SALT IN SMALL SAUCE PAN. ADD WATER + 1 CUP HUCKLEBERRIES. STIR & COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS.
  2. TAKE OFF HEAT AND ADD 1 CUP HUCKLEBERRIES AND BUTTER. MIX CAREFULLY AND LET COOK.
