Pick Your Berry Vinaigrette

Nice clean vinaigrette that can be with your choice of strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.

Because this is made with fresh berries and honey it is just a tad thicker than a bottled most vinaigrettes but still a nice salad dressing consistency.

This goes really well on spinach salads as well as baby green salads and is also a nice complement to salads that have nuts sprinkled on top.

**Must use fresh berries

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is a refreshing light dressing for your salad. I used raspberries in this salad dressing recipe. This made for a tart dressing which I enjoyed. But if you want a sweeter salad dressing strawberries or blueberries (or maybe both combined?) would be your choice. I can't wait to try those versions next. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
