  • 1/2 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/2 c
    peanut oil
  • 1/3 c
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    ginger, fresh, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    celery, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 4 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper, fresh

How to Make Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing


  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until all ingredients are pureed. Chill before serving.
