easy sweet n sour sauce

I have a few recipes that call for a sweet N sour sacue. This is my go to recipe for that. Great mixed in with the main ingredient or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients For easy sweet n sour sauce

  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    shoyu "soy sauce"
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp
    oil

How To Make easy sweet n sour sauce

    First mix the juice & cornstarch together.

    Next heat oil in a small saucepan & add remaining ingredients and cornstarch mixture.

    Then cook over medium to medium high heat. Stirring until sauce thickens.
