This is a excellent sauce to lightly drizzle over a bed of fresh greens, and I’ve used it with great success on Asian prepared fish, and shrimp. I could eat this stuff with a spoon So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

  • 2 oz
    peanuts, unsalted variety, or 3 tablespoons store-bought
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar, unseasoned variety
  • 3 Tbsp
    grapeseed oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh clover honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp
    tamari
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce, i prefer frank’s
  • 2 clove
    baked garlic, smashed
