Everyone in the family loves Ranch Dressing but my 3 year old grandson has a severe dairy allergy so when I was visiting my daughter and her family I had to come up with a recipe for Dairy Free Ranch so we all could enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    soy milk
  • 1/4 c
    soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    parsley,
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Dairy Free Ranch Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix lemon juice and soymilk and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together cider vinegar, mayo, soy yogurt, and soy milk mixture. Next add all the spices, salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

    Adding chopped chives is good in this recipe too.
