spinach artichoke dip !

THIS DIP IS GREAT COLD OR HOT! EASY TO MAKE... EVEN EASIER TO EAT! THE ENTIRE FAMILY LOVES THIS ONE! This makes a large batch which is great to take to parties and pot luck dinners. PLAY WITH YOUR FOODS!

Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip !

  • CREAMED PART OF DIP
  • 2 pkg
    (8 ounces each) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dip mix
  • 1/2 tsp
    each: cayenne pepper and white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    liquid from artichoke can (more or less depending on what consistancy you like)
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • FOLDED PART OF DIP
  • 1/2 c
    asiago cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 c
    provolone cheese (grated)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach (thawed, drained, squeezed and chopped)
  • 1 can
    (14 ounces) marinated artichokes (drained, save some liquid as needed)
  • 1 can
    sliced water chestnuts (chopped large)

How To Make spinach artichoke dip !

  • 1
    Cream together the creamed part of dip ingredients.
  • Stirring the dip ingredients.

    Fold in the remaining ingredients. Put in microwaveable yet pretty bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  • Dip with a grape tomatoe on top for garnish.

    If you wish to serve as a cold dip... go ahead. If you wish to serve as a warm dip... microwave on high for about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Stir a couple of times. Garnish with a pretty red grape tomato.
  • Put bowl of dip on a plate or a platter and serve!

    To serve: place in center of plate or platter surrounded by crackers and or garlic toasts. Or, make crustinies with the warm dip spread on them and put on a platter. How ever you serve it... it is great! *** This recipe makes enough dip to keep everyone happy!
