My brother in-law is from Guam, so they do alot of cooking with fish. His father is famous for his crab cakes.. But, he will not give the recipes away, so here is a spin off of the original..

Ingredients

  •   4 tsp
    ground red pepper
  •   2 tsp
    paprika
  •   3
    bay leaves
  •   1 Tbsp
    each dry mustard and black pepper
  •   1 tsp
    each ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground allspice
  •   1/2 tsp
    ground cardamom
  •   1/4 c
    each coarse salt and celery seeds

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients except bay leaf in a small bowl; mix well. Pour into a 1/2 pint food storage jar. slide bay leaves along inside of jar..
