Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a great appetizer for your next gathering!  The spiciness was just right for us, but of course, you can add more heat or tone it down a bit to suit your personal taste.  It is very creamy and rich so be prepared to fall in love... Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Jalapeno Popper Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a food processor, add the first 6 ingredients and process until smooth. (You do not need to drain either can of peppers.)
  2. Spread the dip into a greased 2-qt casserole.
  3. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter; mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the dip.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375* oven for about 20 minutes. The top should be browned and the dip heated through.
  5. *DO NOT OVER COOK THIS DISH OR THE MAYONNAISE WILL SEPARATE*
  6. Serve with buttery cracker or a sliced French baguette.
