Ingredients

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic ( more if you are like me)
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz artichoke ( not the marinated ones)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach thawed and drained of excess water
  • ·
    mozzarella cheese, grated

How to Make Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up artichokes, combine everything except the mozzarella
  2. put it all in a baking dish (I use a 8x8)
  3. sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top
  4. bake at 350 for a 1/2 hour
