Charoset is a dip & one of the symbolic foods on the Passover Seder Plate. It contains a blend of apples, dried fruits, cinnamon, honey & nuts. This recipe traditionally includes grape juice or wine to bring it all together. Every household makes their charoset differently. I prefer the texture of my charoset to be chopped up, you may blend these ingredients a little more finely if you prefer a paste!
