Ingredients For healthy artichoke dip

  • 1
    15 oz can artichoke hearts, drained.
  • 3/4 c
    cannelinni beans, drained
  • 1/4 c
    frozen, chooped spinch, drained, squeezed d dry
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    low-fat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    part-skin ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make healthy artichoke dip

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in blender and puree until thick and slightly smooth. Spread the dip in a shallow 8" baking dish. Bake until bubbly, about 30 min. Serve w/ pita chips.
