dipping sauce

Recipe by

It's a simple and basic recipe for dipping your Pot Stickers, Won Tons or even Crab Rangoon into. It is also a great glaze for chicken wings. The original recipe was just lacking a little something so we tweaked it and came up with this never fail concoction. I like that it only makes what we need for 1 meal and it's super fast to make. Easily customizable .. I hope you will try it and add your own spin to it.

NOTES: If you are watching your sodium intake substitute low sodium soy sauce for the Tamari sauce. The amount of sugar you use depends upon how sweet you want the sauce. If you want a deeper sweetness try adding molasses rather than light corn syrup and use dark brown sugar .. if you want a lighter sweetness use granulated sugar. The crushed red pepper flakes are to taste .. if you like spicy use more. If you don't want any heat at all simply omit them.
