Ingredients

3 Tbspdairy sour cream ( crema salvadorena)
-
1 cmild feta cheese ( queso fresco)
-
2 largeeggs
-
1 cfresh lump crab meat
-
2 Tbspgreen onion, chopped

2 Tbspred onion, minced
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
2 Tbspfresh cilantro, chopped

·oil or butter, for frying
How to Make Crab Fritters with Onion Cilantro Cream
- Gently combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except butter or oil. Heat oil or butter to cover bottom of a large skillet. Drop batter by Tablespoon into skillet and fry until golden brown on bottom. Flip and continue fry 2 more minutes.
Serve immediately, topped with a mixture of extra green onion ,cilantro and sour cream and lemon slices on the side.
