Betty's Sweet Chili Dip

Creamy with a touch of sweet heat. A perfect addition to a party or a fabulous topping to a baked potato or potato wedges. Extra sweet chili sauce can be used instead of the cream if you prefer a bit more of a bite.

    250 g (9 oz) creamed cheese, at room temp
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce - i like a good thai brand if possible
    1 - 2 tablespoons of cream

    Beat the creamed cheese and sweet chili sauce together. Add the cream slowly, adding as much as needed until you get your desired consistancy. Can be made up to 3 days ahead of time.
