Always Good Tuna Dip

The recipe calls for Italian canned tuna. This tuna is canned in olive oil and is very flavorful. If you can't find it, substitute a solid white albacore packed in oil.

1 stickbutter, room temperature

How to Make Always Good Tuna Dip
- Place everything in a food processor and pulse until well blended and capers are chopped.
- Scrape into a bowl and serve with pita chips, bagel chips or raw veggies.
- Refrigerate any left overs. It will harden when cold so let sit out to soften.
