Spicy Low Calorie Tuna Fish Salad

Marti Green

This can be served on bread or a rye crisp cracker to keep the calorie down. This is a very tasty spicy tuna salad. you can add celery or roasted red peppers as that will add some fun flavor and not effect the calories.
I posted this recipe because I have maintained my weight for 9 years. Once at 240 ponds and height 5'7, now 155 pounds. losing weight is not easy but if you and get the flavor packed in your recipes with adding extra cut veggies, that is the ticket. Loving life and free from all the weight that kept me from Kayaking and hiking. I am back in my game with hiking, kayaking
