I love having tuna salad on lettuce or as a sandwich; either way, I fix it the same and then add it to my choice of eats. I was raised on adding hard boiled eggs to my tuna and so it is just the way I like it along with the crunch of some celery added in and chopped onion. The seasonings mixed in with the mayo gives this tuna salad lots of flavor. Beau monde spice is one of my favorites & I am always trying to sneek it into my recipes. lol The addition of those little salty capers I love. I add the tomatoes or pimentos for color on the lettuce salad and for a sammie I omit. Hope you enjoy.
