Salmon is a protein that is rich in omega-3. I enjoyed preparing salmon reason being it is very easy to cook and you can serve it with just about anything. This meal was prepared for my biggest fan group, mi familia, they enjoy natural spices especially when it is soaked to the bone. I welcome "thumbs up" anytime from them.........

Ingredients For vanillated spicey salmon

  • 1 slice
    salmon
  • 1 sm
    mango (must be firm and not over-ripe)
  • 1 sm
    lettuce
  • 2 tsp
    vanillated spicey sauce (vanilla extract, vanilla bean, scotch bonnet peppers, thyme, onion, garlic, ginger, pimento seeds, escallion, honey, molasses, vingar - blended)
  • 2 tsp
    vegetable pickle (vinegar, scotch bonnet peppers, onions, thin slices carrots)
  • 1 sm
    tomato
  • 1 sm
    sweet potatoe

How To Make vanillated spicey salmon

  • Vanillated Spicey Salmon served with boiled sweet potatoes, vegetable pickled mangoes on a bed of lettuce and salad tomatoes

    Peel sweet potatoes and put to boil until soft. Massage salmon with vanillated spicey sauce (pinch of salt - optional) Place in a non stick pot under a slow heat flame (or place in a pot based with olive or coconunt oil to avoid sticking). Dice firm mango and add your vegetable pickle, place this on your lettuce. Prepare tomato to your preference whether slice dice or decorative pattern.
