Ingredients For quinoa salad

  • 1 box
    quinoa, cooked
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1 bunch
    green oniion chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 2 md
    tomatoes diced
  • 1 lg
    cucumber diced
  • 1 md
    red onion chopped
  • 1 md
    red pepper chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 2 md
    limes juiced about 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make quinoa salad

  • 1
    cook quinoa, drain and cool.
  • 2
    Add cilantro, green onions, red onion, garlic, and red pepper in a food processor. Pulse until chopped fine but not liquid.
  • 3
    Add mixture to quinoa, and then stir in tomato and cucumber.
  • 4
    Mix ingredients for dressing together. Pour over quinoa and refrigerate until cold.
