How to Make Cassies Cauli - Slaw - Delish!

Step-by-Step

  1. I used my food processor and added 1/2 the cauliflower florets, pulsed about 5 times, emptied and added remainder and pulsed another 4 - 5 times...you don't want it ground so much that is mush though...should be about the texture of regular coleslaw.

Empty in a bowl, then I did the same with baby carrots.
  2. Add the carrots to the cauliflower, and toss. If adding onion, toss it in now. Set aside.
  3. Dressing:

Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Taste to see if needs more sugar or seasoning, depending on your own tastes.
  4. Pour dressing over chopped veggies and mix well. I garnished with a few pinches of paprika

Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving...
