Ingredients For easy mac and cheese

  • 1 pkg
    (12 ounces) tri-color pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 Tbsp
    shredded or grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2
    medium onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced ham
  • 1 jar
    (14 ounces) alfredo sauce
  • 1-1/2 c
    grated swiss cbeese or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2-1/2
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    crushed chips

How To Make easy mac and cheese

    In large pot, melt butter. Cook onions and ham until lightly browned; about 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat and add in Alfredo sauce. Swish milk in empty Alfredo sauce and pour into pot.

    Slowly stir in 2 cups cheddar cheese and all swiss cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in cooked pasta. Pour into a large baking dish. Top with crushed chips, Parmesan cheese and remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
