This is a favorite salad I make often. It's so versatile you can really make it your own easily!

Make sure to taste the dressing as your making it to adjust to your liking! And add as little or as much as you'd like.

I also added about 1/2 cup or so of cooked wild rice to the mix this time and it was excellent!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Don't forget to pack this salad on your next picnic! With no mayo and loads of flavor, this is a perfect picnic pick. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

It’s a classic side dish that can be prepared sweeter (think apples and brown sugar) or savory (hello bacon!). All these recipes start with canned beans which makes prep a breeze. […]

Fresh Corn Recipes That Make Tasty Side Dishes

We’re not all lucky enough to have fields to grow fresh corn, but thankfully it’s abundant at the market. And while zucchini is one of the most popular summer veggies (even though it’s technically a fruit), I really think corn on the cob ranks at the top. I look forward to enjoying it each summer. […]

12 Really Simple Eggplant Recipes

Eggplant is very underrated. If eaten raw, it’s bitter. But once it’s baked or fried, eggplant has a mild taste with a creamy texture. It’s the perfect base for a recipe because it takes on the flavor of other ingredients. A great option for a vegetarian dinner, eggplant can be used in many different ways. […]
